Title: Usertoolbars - checked icon appears when the mouse moves away

I guess this is because of the latest changings. Currently when i click at a user button it doesn`t show the checked image immediately. And doesn`t show it as long as the mouse is over the button. The checked icon appears when i move the mouse away from the button.
