Title: User Toolbars - Missing Tool Weld in Vertex Shortcut Tools

It seems that the Weld tool is missing in the Vertex Shortcut Tools for the User Toolbars. Is this by design? :)

The "weld vertex" tool was combined in the "Oct 12" update into the "Weld(General") which is in the "subobject shortcut tools"

It has been moved to 'Subobject Shortcut Tools'.
