Title: User Toolbar problem (Fixed)

Hello,

Have just gone to add a new group/button to my user toolbars and getting .net framework > "Unhandled exception". I cannot do anything to the toolbars now without getting an "Unhandled exception".
The problem appears to go back a number of builds.

I did check with a new config. but still same problem.

One of the errors:-

Error log removed, no longer needed: Bug fixed in update Nov-14-12.
