Title: Rotation Undo Bug

Rotation seems too slow (for me). Maybe it was always like that
The main problem is - undo doesn`t work on rotated subobjects

P.S. Noticed mouse whell speed in preferences. Looks like it has been added recently. Thank you so much, I feel much more comfortable with fast mouse wheel
