Hello
How do you ungroup mirrored items?I need to ungroup the wheels.
I saw the youtube video which I set my shortcut the same and in the video the realtime was uncheck.
i tried it but nothing...I searched for ungroup but I think its called another name.
Tnx!

What do you mean by "Ungroup"?

Both items move together.
I need to edit them individually.
For instance in Moi3d If I select/highlight 2 items I can move/rotate/scale them.
If I select 2 items and give them a name...they will be grouped under that name.
In the object tree I can select both as one...but in 3d window I can select them as individual.
The items in Nvil were mirrored but I cannot figure out how to separate them lol.
I guess in Nvil3d is the parent/child behaviour.
Tnx!

Hi IStonia,
For that to work, the option "Create symmetry part as a separate mesh" would need to be enabled in the mirror options window, which by default it is not. So may confuse the user.

I don't know how the wheels were created. From the screenshot, it seems to me the two front wheels are the same object with two separate meshe-shells. So, I guess he just wants to separate the two meshe-shells into two objects so they can be manipulated individually.
Edit: In the latest version, the object Split command breaks separate mesh-shells into different objects if the object consists of only one mesh.
