1. How to disable the tool deactivation on repeated button press? I don`t like that move manipulator disappear when I accidently double click W, E or R
2. Maybe Im doing smth wrong, but I cant chamfer vertex with multiple segments to make rounded plane. It says "WMB (spin wheel, I gues) Alt + drag". I hold F to bevel, then hold WMB, then hold ALT ant try to drag, but nothing happens
3. Can I bind to a hotkey some StreamLine Basic tools? Now it seems that I can only assign them to Hot tools (1/2/3/A/B/C)? For example, Local Scale (Proportional) Selection or Circularize (must have)?
4. How to toggle transparent/solid including unselected objects too?
5. (screenshot) I try to do a Spline Rig like in this video on a 4:00 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FkCsH64sYBQ), but the object doesn`t bend

1. Edit > Options > Dropping StreamLine Tool By Hotkey/Button Disabled.
2. There are two vertex chamfer styles, chop-off/refine. No segments can be generated in chop-off style. You can switch styles by tapping Space key during the operation.
3. Streamline basic tool can not be bound to a hotkey. You need to create a streamline line tool and add the streamline basic tool into the streamline tool. Then bind the streamline tool to a hotkey.
4. There two ways. 1) View > Object Shading > Object Individua Shadings > ... 2) Double click the related buttons in the top toolbar.
5. The Spline-Rig tool shown in the video is the early version which only works on mesh subobjects. The later version includes the object level operation which works in object mode.

1-4. Thank you, that worked
5. Sadly, it doesn`t work in object mode in my case, only with verices

Why sad? You can activate the Spline Rig tool in polygon/edge/vertex mode if you want to bend the object. In object mode, it works on objects. At 3:45, https://youtu.be/yuCPC_OShRY.
