Title: NMB deadzone/tolarance

Hi. Could you add NMB drag deadzone setting? It's extremely hard to use it within streamline tools when using pen instead of a mouse, because when I have actions assigned for both mouse buttons and NMB, NMB registers even on a slightest movement even though I wanted to use mouse button action instead. This is hard to prevent due to how pen tablet works.

Try increasing this value, Edit > Preference > General > Extrude threshold in pixels.

What value did you set it to?
