Title: Spline creation tool + Enable/Disable (toggle) snapping shortcut doesn't work.

http://digitalfossils.com/nvil-forum//index.php?topic=5173.0 (http://digitalfossils.com/nvil-forum//index.php?topic=5173.0) I have found when using the Spline creation tool, I am unable to use the shortcut key to enable/disable snapping ( [CTRL] + X1 ).
