Title: Frozen objects can be transformed

Once upon a time, I filed a bug report about an inability of deselecting (by clicking on an empty space in the viewport) objects that were selected in Scene Hierarchy window. This was fixed. :)

Now, while testing out the retopo mode, with reference objects set to frozen state, I've noticed that if you select a frozen object in the Scene Hierarchy window, you cannot deselect it the way described above. It remains selected. And while you cannot Tweak it, you can transform it with manipulators, even though it's frozen.
