Title: "Vertex_Relax" streamline tool and "Attach Main Light To Camera" not working

Both, "Vertex Tools >> Vertex Relax" streamline tool and attaching light rig to camera with "Attach Main Light To Camera" do not seem to be working in 2016-Jul-31 version.

The "Vertex Relax" tool works fine on me.

I installed the Sep-10-16 version and the tool works now.
