Prerequisites : A need to download/install end user runtime(for slimDX) http://slimdx.org/download.php (the .net 4 download)
Summary of changes:
* Some new fuctions for primitive tools
__ Finish and close tool: RMB click.
__ Reset Tool: Ctrl + Shift + RMB Click.
__ Square/Quad cap option toggle: Shift + RMB Click.
__ For Box tool, if Square option is on, the box will be created once LMB released. This is for a quick operation. But this behavior may not be desired. To change this behavior, press down Shift key before releasing LMB.
__ Orientation toggle: Shift. This can be performed after box/cylinder is created.
