Hello.
I noticed that the "Cap Hole" tool was modified in NVil version 2016-Apr-26 and generates quads instead of triangles. Any chance that the old "Cap Hole" tool can be found somewhere?

What is the reason you want triangles?

Force of habit, and it's easier to drop edge loops on a cap with such topology. You can't do this with the quad cap that has one segment. You can of course select inner edges and drop a loop on them, but you will get pentagons and triangles.
Can you add the old method as a tickbox to "Cap Hole With/ No Options"?
I see that caps of holes with number of vertices non-divisible by 4 are still created with the old method, so the code is still there.

i think it can be done by something like this?

* Edit > Options > Keep Triangles In Hole Capping.

Design question: Why isn't this a mode in the tool itself, by tapping space or tab key, for example?

Exactly. Or a checkbox in "Cap Hole With/ No Options" window.
Edit->Options is already heavily cluttered.

Option is added into option dlg.
In streamline tool, tap Space key to toggle.

Excellent. I updated 2016-Apr-26 version to the latest one and keep triangles works like a charm. Thank you, IStonia.
