Title: Navigation (Pan) set to LMB+RMB?

Is it possible to set navigation tools to be a combination of LMB and RMB? or multiple clicks for a function for other tools?

Edit > Preference > Options > use LMB+RMB for pan view.

That doesn't do anything for me, not sure why.

What I want is to hold LMB and RMB (and possibly ALT too) to Pan. Currently it's set to ALT+MMB.

Customize Tools> View Navigations Tools> Pan View> ALT + MMB

I want to be able to set it to

Customize Tools> View Navigations Tools> Pan View> ALT + LMB + RMB

If you have this checked, Edit > Preference > Options > use LMB+RMB for pan view

and this set, Customize Tools> View Navigations Tools> Pan View> ALT + MMB

Alt+LMB+RMB should activate pan view.



Can someone confirm this?

Ok,

I can get it to work using the mouse. I can't get it to work with a stylus though with the toggle button mapped to RMB and pen down mapped to LMB. Basically I'm trying to emulate 3d-coat's navigation as much as possible.

Is it a setting I'd have to change on my end in regards to the stylus maybe?

I have never used stylus. Can you have a look at top left of viewport when you try to pan and see if there is this kind of print out: {Alt LMBRMB}

There isn't both when using the stylus, seems one cancels the other out.

I can't see a solution for this. Are you sure it works on 3dc?

Yeah,

I almost exclusively use the stylus there and that's how I pan.

FYI

With MMB mapped to one of the stylus buttons, the LMB MMB ALT will pop up on the top left. It seems to be something specific to RMB and the stylus.
