Istonia can we have toolbar menu customization like this?

allowing change color for the top menu and scroll bar 
hide/unhide also.

There is no easy way. I don't know when I'll have time to put hands on this.

But you can toggle the menu bar visible with this hotkey combo, Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Home.

the reason i request is there a so many subtoolbar when you go to create your own user tool window there are 5 i believe. Three its okay but five make me difficult(laziness and frustation).
thx for that feature. at least i have a clean looking UI.

is there any chance to have UI like this without problem?

i want make my Left UI for icon like move,rotate, etc.
problem is my custom window cant scale to my icon(32x32).
can you change the minimum scale of custom window?

the last is can you add "change hover image" at user tool button customization? and allowing to change button color?

Couldn't find a way to scale the window to your size. It is not under my control.

Hover image may be possible.

Button color is not possible.
