Title: connect and fill jagged border edge not working

connect tool didnt work on simple plane.
am i did wrong on fill jagged border edge? it should be working on my shape right?

Jagged border is define by topology. In your case, those two edges are not considered a jagged.

ah im sorry its my bad. i dont know its base on topology because in the documentation its just pict no explanation.
but how about connect? i think its bug
