Title: Strange error on changing hotkey for Materials Window

Whenever I try to change a hotkey for Materials Window I get this error.
For what it's worth, I'm changing a hotkey from CTRL+M to SHIFT+M.

The hotkey gets changed though, so this error appears to be harmless (I hope).
