Title: Cut tools not able to cut across multiple edges with Subdivision.

Just found a bug where none of the cut tools are able to cut across multiple edges/polygons when the mesh has subdivisions levels.

Steps to reproduce:

• create sphere
• Increase Subdivion levels.
• activate cut tool and attempt to cut across multiple edges/polygons.
• notice it will cancel the cut operation but leave the tool active

Expected result:  cutting across multiple edges/polygons should work with subdivision levels on objects.  This includes Visual Tools & Streamline Tools.

Yup. It doesn't work.
