Title: Width of highlighted edges

I'm finding it a little difficult to see what edges have been highlighted in yellow in some circumstances.
Is it possible to increase the width of the yellow highlighting line?
I know how to change the highlight colour.
I know how to change the vertex size.
But I can't find where to change the highlight line width.
Is it possible to do this?

That's a shame.
Perhaps in a future release, so I'll post in the Feature Request section.
