Title: Tool Tip time

IStonia, is it any way to set time of tool tip shown in User Windows? If not, can you pleas make them shown till cursor is over button?
I made that Config(http://voidworld.cmcproductions.co.uk/index.php/topic,2617.0.html) with a lot of tool tips help, but that tool tips closes very fast so it is not enough time to read them full, especially if help is big.
