Title: Soft selection

Hello,

Can someone explain why I cannot see the vertices colored to indicate soft selection strength as indicated in the manual? (image attached)

I am in vertex mode (I think?), and soft selection is enabled. (screenshot attached) I would expect the points in the circled area to be colored, since they all move when I move the single vertex with the manipulator.

I'm sure I am missing something pretty simple ...

Is vertex mode indicated on the row of icons at the bottom of the viewport?

Hi cdordoni,

Check seetings in viewport drop down menu, and make sure "Show Vertices" is enabled. (see attached pic)

LMB on "Custom" to show drop down menu.
