Title: NVil not appearing on taskbar when it's loaded in the background

Hello guys.
I'm not sure if I can call this a bug, but I'm posting this here because this seems the most adequate place for my rant. :)
Whenever I start NVil and switch to another window, when NVil completes its loading routine, it doesn't appear on the taskbar until I ALT+TAB to it or give its window a focus by clicking on it.
I'm not sure if this happens only on my workstation or do you guys also experience this behaviour?

I think it's been this way since NVil went 64-bit.

I see the same issue.

On trying a build today, I found that Nvil did not show on taskbar even though nothing else opened. It remained that way (after multiple opening/closing of Nvil) until after I reset (changed/changed back) the windows Aero theme.

I do not think Nvil internal winXP(devexpress) type themes like's windows 7 64 themes LOL.

Yes, at a first glance it looks fixed.
While the program doesn't appear on the taskbar when splash screen is displayed and NVil is loading, it eventually does show up when loading completes. :)
