Title: Extrude, chamfer problems

When thre are alot of objects selected some commands does not work. I notice that extrude and vertex chamfer do not work may be there are some other tools too.

I experimented a bit and if you wait about minute pressing shortcuts, tools work, but it is very long time...

There appears to be a bug when extruding "By polygon selection" (the same bug appears with "Inset"). In your example, when using the extrude streamline tool for individual polygons, press "A+space" then LMB+drag.
