New Update

Prerequisites : A need to download/install end user runtime(for slimDX) http://slimdx.org/download.php (the .net 2 download)

Summary of changes:

  * Some bug fixings.
  * Edit > Options > Using Vertex Normal For Retopo Snap On Transform.
