Guys please help. I can not fully understand the topology. If you do not hinder paint over red line.

The orginal model was modeled using a CAD modeler like Inventor or similar.   You can do this by using booleans instead of trying to do it with SubD modeling.

Interesting project.

I would still be looking at using surface "Align" for some parts, and "Edge Extend" for others. Although some preparation for topology blending would be needed.

I had a quick play blending 3 cylinders (not finished). I will play more later when some spare time.

I am not sure which part of which model that is. But you should be able to use "Align > Cylinder".

If you are trying to rotate to align, then use "Streamline tools > Rotation Snap Selection"

Had another play. Left out the fillets. Used mainly "Align" (probably more like what you are trying to create).
