Title: Renaming items in "Customize Radial Menu" no longer available?

Hello.
Why can we no longer rename radial menu items in the Customize Radial Menu window?

It looks like renaming the tools in the radial menu was removed when the "Create User Tool Text" was added to "Tool Search" window context menu.
