Title: Select Objects without leaving Component Mode

I would like to select different objects without leaving component mode.

Its just one less button to press every time I am modeling multiple objects.

Perhaps it would require a modifier to the Select tool to prevent accidental selections.

One of the modelers I used to use, you could "Double LMB" on unselected object while in sub_object selection mode, and that object would then be active (makes selections very quick when combined with using "Multi selection")

I think it could be made, by making some kind of StreamLine.
For example if you hold key more than some seconds it will change mode to Object temporarily during you hold key. If yuo click key once it change to bject mode permanently.
