Title: Crash on startup, old version works

Hi. I just "installed" the latest build but can't start it; directly after double clicking the .exe I get a "Nvil 1.0 has stopped working" dialog. The old version (nov 06 2013) works. Windows 7 Pro.
Any idea if this is something I can fix on my end?

Since that old build you where using, Nvil graphics have been update to use SlimDX. You will need to install the files required for that. If you look at the update posts you will see:-

Prerequisites : A need to download/install end user runtime(for slimDX) http://slimdx.org/download.php (the .net 2 download)

It looks like the SlimDX website is down. You can download the files >from here< (http://code.google.com/p/slimdx/downloads/detail?name=SlimDX%20Runtime%20.NET%202.0%20%28January%202012%29.msi)

Thanks, that was it. I couldn't access the site and wasn't sure if I'd already installed it.
