Title: Tool and Manip sensitivity

Is there a way to control the sensitivity of the tools and manips?  Sometimes I need chamfer  in the .0001 range and be able to rotate very fine increments.

Hi Mason,

* Edit > Options > Fixed Pixel Stepping Move Control. If this option is on and move stepping value is not 0 and stepping is enabled, 20 pixels of cursor move will trigger stepping. This option affects all operations that use move stepping value.

Man I wish Nvil would get more funding...I keep finding it to do most everything I n33d.
