I have 320 000 faces and 160 000 polligons and my project start to work slower? I have very powerfull PC. What is worng? May be som ehow I have to tweak it?

Probably due to object shading settings.
Check "View > Object shading"
If you have "Back Face in Gray", "Cull FrontFacing" or "Cull BackFacing" enabled, it can slow down view_port navigation.

Also turn "View->Object Shading->Show Edge On Unselected" OFF.
