Is it fast way to remove all commands that assigned to one shortcut, that I'm not going to use?
Also I can not find command to assign shortcut - Show vertices.

Do you mean you want to free a key from all shortcuts? Like you want the key 'H' not to do anything, for example? I don't know of a way to do that at once, but when you're in the hotkey window, you can see to which commands the key is assigned.
Also I can not find command to assign shortcut - Show vertices.
Do you want to switch to vertex mode? Then what you are looking for is 'Switch To Vertex Mode'. But if you just want the vertices to show while still being able to select faces and edges, you should activate 'Multi selection'. You'll find these commands in the Tool Search to assign hotkeys to.

Yep, I wanted to free a key from all shortcuts.
Show vertices it is the command that show/hide vertices. You can find it undr the menu "custom" in top right corner of viewport.

Can't find it either. I made a feature request.
