Is it any tool that allow o select edge loop around hole and outside edgse of cube?

Thank you, is it any way to select outside edges of cube? Do not know how to name those edges, edge loop do not work here.

Can you post a screenshot of what you would expect to be selected? It probably would depend on the mesh topology, but I can imagine that a composite tool might work. Do you mean something like this?

Do you want to select all the boundaries of a cube or just one side? The common elements of the boundaries are vertices that only have 3 edges connected to them. So you can math select these, convert them to adjacent edges and then loop the selection. but I've got the feeing this isn't what you are looking for.

btw: this thread might be better of in "Community Help" subsection of the forum.

Maybe what you want is edges whose two polygons form an angle that is smaller than a specified value.

The fastest way I found to do this: Select any polygon on the side of the cube which edges should be selected in the end. Then go to 'selection->select similar facing', and after that you execute 'Polygon Shortcut Tools->Edges On Polygon selection Border'.
You could throw these 2 commands into a composite tool.
