Title: (Fixed) Spline Tangent Handles

"Spline Vertex ->  Tangents" no longer shows the tangent handles of the spline vertex.

I've noticed this too. At first I assumed I was doing something wrong...

The Spline tangent handles are also missing from "Spline Vertex -> Tweak + [option] Show Tangents", so currently no way to edit spline tangents in the later builds.
It appears the bug came in with the new 32+64 bit version.
