Title: (Fixed) SmartTips + Re-direct

Hi IStonia,

Not sure if a bug or a limitation.

It is possible to invoke tools/functions directly from the "SmartTips", but it appears that you cannot invoke the redirect commands by first pressing(holding down) the redirect key(Capslock) then clicking on the tool/function in the SmartTips.

I did a quick improvement. It should work now when the window containing SmartTips is not in float state.

I am not seeing any change.

The tool I was looking at (due to post on forum) was the "Polygon mode" -> "streamline tool" -> "Extrude"

It now appears (on quick checks) to be working on both "SmartTips" and "User buttons".
