Title: temporary snapping not working in object mode

The "Enable Snapping To ... Temporary" commands don't work in object mode anymore. In Component mode they work fine.

Just checked and working OK here.

I found what is causing it. In my case, the temporary snapping in object mode only works, if the "snapping enabled" is on/true/1. Which is odd, because in any component mode the temporary snapping also works, if snapping enabled is off/false/0.
