Title: Orientation Selection + Edge Extrude = Crash

Hi,

I found this thing, when you set the manipulator's orientation to selection and try to extrude an edge, Nvil immediately crash.

It didn't happen on face mode though, just edge mode.

What's your pivot position set to?  When I set the orientation to selection it doesn't crash for me.

Hmm, strange... Both my pivot position and orientation is set to Selection too and it crash. I use the default 'A' key do the edge extrude.

I tested it on Nvil version July-19, and on factory settings.

Is it just me having this?
