Title: Composite Tool Nesting Calls Parameter Dialog

I've been fooling around a bit with the composite tool editor. If I nest one composite tool into another, the dialog for parametric input gets opened for some operations, even though the values are valid and this doesn't happen if I execute the nested composite tool on its own. Here's an example:

In this case I am prompted for input on Inset and Chamfer.
