Title: Composite Tool: parametric move/rotate/scale

For the Composite Tool it would be useful to be able to input transformations. Also transformations in local directions (local move/tweak move, local rotate, local scale) with parametric values would be appreciated. But at the moment, those streamline tools are not supported.
