Title: tab sometimes doesn't work as hotkey

I've got a radial menu with the subobject modes set to tab, and sometimes it doesn't work. Instead, I'll see it jump between buttons in my user window.

ya not sure how to best do this one, since most people including me use tab to move the cursor to a new input field.

but i had this happen since i tap tab to toggle subd and hold tab to get a radial menu to choose the subd level and to collaspe subd

It's a problem that user window buttons get focus, though. Once you use one of them, tab goes through the buttons, painting a dotted stroke around them. I believe this is the issue with it.

On that topic though: tab doesn't go to the next logical text-field in a few cases. I'll try to write down where when I stumble across them.

I can't reproduce it either, it just tends to happen after a while.
When I deliberately try to get nvil to draw that dotted focus-line around a button, it always clears it when the mouse travels outside of the user window. And even if I press tab with my cursor in the user window it calls the radial menu.

Aggravating, I wish I knew how to reproduce it! It just tends to happen after a while, and I can't tell how or why. All I know is I see the dotted line moving from button to button with each tab press.
