Title: switch view when looking through cam fails

When the view is set to camera, I can't switch to any other view, I can only make it orthographic. The only thing that gets me out of the camera view is cycle camera up/down, that takes me to the last active view, before I entered the cam view.

Furthermore, in the tool cusomizations, there's no entry for 'camera'. It's accessible by clicking on the view name in the upper right corner of a viewport.
