Title: MultiSelection & Selection Highlighting & Streamline Tool

Enable Mutli Selection, enter a streamline tool, now disable multi selection. Even though, the multi selection doesn't work anymore, the selection highlighting still highlights every component type.
When entering a streamline tool, while multi selection is off, then enabling and disabling it causes no such problems.
