Title: New request for registration

Hi Istonia

As you are aware I already own a registered copy of NVil.  However when I opened NVil today I received a request to register NVil again using my licence key otherwise I would not be able to export models with more than 1000 faces.  Is this supposed to happen?  Do I have to re-regsiter at regular intervals to continue to use NVil?

The registration is bound to the operating system version. I think your windows must have been auto updated by Microsoft through the auto download. Some of the updates may cause changes in the operating system version. For example, service pack 1, service pack 2 etc. I hope this is not an often case.

Yeah, you have to register again. Sorry about this.

Yes I did receive a major update to Windows a few days ago so I guess this is what happened.  Thanks for the information.
