Title: SplineVertices Not Snapping To Retopo Surface

When creating a spline and retopo mode is enabled, the clicks won't create the spline vertices on the surface of the retopo reference. I thought this would be possible, because it's possible with create polygon and the retopo docs state tht one can use standard splines for the spline connection method.
