Title: retopo: create polygon mode after movig edges

After I move an edge while in the retopo tool, I always end up being in the retopo create polygon tool (dragging a dotted line). It's annoying to always having to cancel it with RMB click. This doesn't happen when moving vertices around.

That started working like that a while ago (A build I use from last December, works as you are expecting). Unfortunately, I do not know these days what is a bug or what is an intentional change to behavior.
