Title: Stepping / Snapping (Not a bug- new behavior)

Hello IStonia,

This as been driving me nuts for a while, and just found the problem.

While any snapping is enabled, stepping is being temporarily auto disabled.
 
I know there was a thread concerning stepping/snapping conflict and you put forward:- "Fixed. if "Enalbe Snapping to X Temporary" is active, snapping will be seen as disabled."  (http://voidworld.cmcproductions.co.uk/index.php?topic=1079.0)
There was nothing about disabling stepping if any snapping is enabled, and certainly nothing in the update posts to even mention a change in snapping/stepping behavior.

Is this a bug or intended new behavior?

What if stepping only can be disabled by snapping enabled from hotkeys? will that be alright? I feel this solution is better than adding an axtra option.

I do not mind. If this is now the new behavior, then you can leave it "as is" as far as I am concerned. I will ask (again) that you please post info of such changes in the update post, so I (and probably others) are not trying to find a possible configuration conflict or think it is a bug.
