Title: Tweak_PickThrough/SlideSelection tool no longer always soft seleciton adjusting

exactly what the title says, when i hold down the key for the tool it will visualize the soft selection radius for me, but not longer allows me to scroll up and down to change the radius.

this is the unmodifed tool, all i did was bind to the V key.
