Title: 'New Scene' Resets Viewport Layout

I don't know, if this is intentional, but when I choose 'File->New Scene' my viewport layout gets reset, which means it's not how I set it up. Whereas after closing NVil and restarting it, the viewport layout is still how I left it. The 'New Scene' command shouldn't reset my viewport layout. 'Load Viewport Layout From File' is off.
