Title: "switch to X mode" not working properly in radial menus

I just setup a custom radial menu on RMB with all the "switch to X mode" actions whereas X={vertex, edge, face, object, mesh}. But when trying to use it, the mode doesn't change. There now is a check on every mode I have selected, and can't get rid of them again via the radial menu. When having a look at the user buttons or the visual tool buttons for this, I can see that all the modes that I selected get activated simultaneously. This doesn't happen, when using the buttons.
Multi select option works fine though.
Version Jan30th2013, Running on Win8.
