Title: Add command for saving configuration files (hotkeys, options, preferences, etc.)

Hello IStonia,
Could you please add a command that would allow us to save user preferences on demand? I believe that currently they're saved only when NVil closes, so if program crashes for whatever reason, all changes done to config files are lost.
