Although this is possibly related to other issues in the "Aug 23" build, I thought I should post this bug.

When using "Extend_Edge", with object edge selected, any face/mesh in scene could be selected for extended edge. In this(and prior builds(back to at least Aug-16), faces/mesh can only be selected if the object is preselected before calling the tool.

To better explain.

Expectation.(how the tool usually works)
I have a plane(to extend edge to) not selected, and an object selected who`s edge I want to extend. I select the edge, call "Extend_edge" move mouse cursor over plane and it highlights, and I select the plane. The edge extends.

Current.

Only a minor issue, but reported to see if it helps finding current stability issues(in latest test build)
