Title: Some additional information to display on HUD

It would be awesome if following information could be shown on HUD:
- Current manipulator mode.
- Current manipulator position.
- Discrete (stepping) mode state (on/off).
- Snapping state (on/off).
- Snapping mode (vertices, edges, grid, etc.).

HUD is even more useful now and there's no need to constantly re-open the "Manipulation" window just to check the pivot orientation and position any more. 8)
